Do you offer written contracts?


Yes! Our contracts are custom made to fit your needs.




Do you require a deposit?


Yes. It is a $50 non-refundalbe deposit to book our service along with a signed contract. The balance is due one day prior to event. Payments are made via credit or debit card through our secure online payment page. Payments are processed through paypal, where you'll be getting a receipt for your records.




Are you insured?


Yes. Las Vegas DJ Service has a full liabilty insurance policy with 2,000,000 coverage. We can provide a copy of our policy to your venue upon request.




What's included with the price for my event?


Our package pricing include performance time, set-up, teardown, and all equipment. There are no hidden fees and all charges are stated on our written agreement.




Do you offer any discounts?


If we have any promotions that will save you money, we will be sure to include it with your total balance.

What do you need from the venue?


We would need an adequate power supply and one table.




What happens when I book Las Vegas DJ Service for my event?


Once you decide to book with us, we will create a client area for your event that comes with a login/password. There you'll be able to finish the booking process by paying the deposit and creating our contract. In your client space you will also be able to make payments, plan your event with our planning form, create a timeline of events, request music, communicate with your dj, and much more. Any changes that you make to the timeline, planning form, or music request in our client space automatically gets sent to our DJ.




Do you help with music planning?


Yes. A huge benefit to the client area is having access to our music database of of over 90,000 songs. You can view song lyrics, hear song samples. If you're running a blank on song ideas, there's also a Most Requested charts available for help you. You can also utilize your own list. You can build a list of 100 song request(including a Do Not Play list). You have full controll to select your music.




When do you arrive to setup?


Depending on the package chosen, arrival for setup is usually and hour or two prior to event start time. On occasion we can setup the day prior to the event.




What kind of equipment do you use?


We use the highest quality professional dj gear. We use BOSE speakers for exceptional sound quality, SHURE wireless microphones. Pioneer, Numark, and Denon turntables. Party lighting from Chauvet and American DJ.




How do you dress for an event?


For weddings we try to match the colors of the event in a suit/vest and tie. Other than that we dress business casual to casual. We have no problem dressing for the occassion. If a tuxedo is needed, you will have to provide the rental fee.




Do you make anouncments?


Yes, it's part of the job. We will make anouncements and emcee your event.




How is your music kept up to date?


We keep our music up to date by being a member of several music services or record pools dedicated to distributing new music to djs. We also use music services like Spotify and Apple Music to ensure that we can play just about anything you or your guest request.




When should we submit our music request?


Music request should be submitted a week before the event. We like to be ready prior to the event because it can be awkward trying to find your song request last minute. So be sure to get your song request done so the dj can have your songs ready to go when needed.




Do you take music request from guest?


Absolutely! We are aware that everyone at every event doesn'share the same musical taste so we would be happy to take request. We even have a quest music request form in your client area when requested.




What's your policy on drinking or smoking at events?


No Drinking, No Smoking. Period.




How much do you charge for overtime?


For overtime there's a $50 per half hour additional charge in the event that everybody's having so much fun that we need to play music over the contracted end time of the event.




How much do you charge?


We have a variety of packages and services that we offer to fit the needs of our clients. Prices usually vary event to event. We do offer a pricelist for our packages and services.




What kinds of music is included in your library?


Ou local music library has over 9,000 songs from music worldwide. Our use of online music services expands our genres and library to an serve an even wider audience.




What type of events are your specialty?


We do events of all types and treat them all special. Being that this is Las Vegas and the majority of events we perform at are weddings.
